Design

Starting with a concept, the product design is optimised for manufacturability, ensuring efficiency is enhanced and wastage minimised. Collaboratively, we work with the customer to establish the best solution to suit their needs. Projects can range from high tolerance threaded fittings, machined components, to packaged assemblies, complete with installation instruction, barcoding and serial numbers.

Manufacture

From one off prototypes to production quantities, requires different production approaches. Batch manufacturing is a speciality, deploying modern MRP systems and processes to manage the overall control and reporting. Being ISO accredited stems from a desire to be highly efficient and organised, the only way to be competitive!

Machining

Hogan Machining have a sophisticated range of CNC machines, from 2 to 5 axis, amongst a suite of plant and equipment, dedicated to our craft. All our staff are trade trained and qualified, many with multi discipline skill sets.

Engineering

Part of the skillset Hogan Machining bring to the commercial relationship is understanding the entire design for manufacture continuum. Not only does the product need to meet stringent tolerances, passing various safety/strength tests etc, it has to comply, in many circumstances with strict client supplied manufacturing protocols.
How it is made is as important as what is made.

For over 20 years we have been supplying components to meet the stringent requirements of the gas and utilities sectors. There is no room for error in this line of work. Hogan Machining are proud to be ISO accredited, we continually strive to meet and implement the latest and current requirements.
