DMG Mori Seiki is a CNC machine manufacturer based out of Japan. DMG mori makes CNC machines for milling, and turning including 5 axis machines, vertical and horizontal CNC. DMG Mori is also known as Mori Seiki CNC Machines.

Hogan Machining have 4 dedicated CNC machines, amongst an array of specialist equipment, each with its own specialisation.

CNC C & Y Axis Sub Spindle Turning Center

This CNC C axis lathe is used for large size turning jobs. It is used where large amounts of material need to be machined. Ideal for heavy complex one-off assignments.

CNC C & Y axis sub spindle turning center. Bar feeding capacity 80mm diameter x 1100mm length.This is a multifunction machine reduces double handling by transferring the job to the sub spindle. Turning capacity (diameter) is 350mm, length 600mm. Ideal for complex jobs requiring multiple machining operations.

This CNC Y axis lathe has turning capacity of 300mm diameter and 800mm between centers. Automated magazine bar feeding of 75mm diameter x 1200mm length. Part catcher and conveyer. It is used for volume production runs.

All Hogan Machining staff are trade trained and qualified, many with multi discipline skill sets, within the fields of metal fabrication and its associated processes of CAD design, milling, turning, cutting, welding, finishing, compliance testing & certification, as well as the product distribution processes of packing, serialisation, installation & use instructions etc.
