Hogan Machining has the full suite of manufacturing plant and equipment to produce items requiring milling and turning predominantly, to form the end product.

The physical manufacturing processes are complemented with the support systems to deliver a turnkey solution including product testing, welding, laser cutting, finishing, coating / plating etc, then packaged, labelled and ready for delivery to either a third-party warehouse or an installer.

Hogan Machining offers the entire design, manufacture, package and fulfilment solution. As an example, a current customer’s requirements include the design and manufacture of connectors and fittings for their industry. The process starts with a concept which is interpreted into a CAD design.

Production commences with raw material selection, then the appropriate manufacturing method is established using CNC machine processes to cut, turn or mill the raw material into its finished design adhering to ISO or the industries standard requirements. Finally, the product is assembled, pressure tested and packaged with traceable serialisation and test data if required.

This requires more than good logistics, it’s engineered into the solution. A full bill of materials is created for the product with detailed production steps, machining processes, finishing, assembly and test procedures all articulated, so everyone involved in the process is aware of the full scope of the assignment.
